I have tried this in a hyderabadi resturant where they served as a starter with biriyani..A spicy starter chicken dish crunchy and tangy.. one of the best starter that I have tried goes well with biriyani and ghee rice as starter..

- Marinate the chicken strips with buttermilk, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder ,lemon juice, salt and cornflour for 1/2 - 1 hour.. shallow fry the chicken .
- In another pan add oil ,garlic chopped, chopped greenchilli ,chopped mint curryleaves saute well then add turmeric powder , redchill powder , coriander powder , cumin powder mix well then add in curd cook till dry then add soya sauce, salt , add fried chicken toss it well and cook till dry and well coated.
